TEXAS REAL ESTATE AGENT INCENTIVE: A 3% buyer's agent commission is available to Texas real estate license holders representing the successful buyer. To qualify, the agent must hold a current, active Texas real estate license and register their buyer with American Frontier Auction prior to the commencement of bidding on auction day. The buyer's agent commission will be calculated based on the final auction hammer price and will be paid at closing upon the successful completion of the transaction. No commission shall be earned or payable if the buyer defaults or fails to close for any reason. No commission will be paid to any agent acting as a principal in the transaction, purchasing the property for themselves or an entity in which they have an ownership interest, or representing an immediate family member purchasing the property. Only one buyer's agent commission will be paid per transaction. In the event of a dispute regarding agent registration, eligibility, or commission entitlement, American Frontier Auction's determination shall be final. American Frontier Auction reserves the right to approve or deny broker participation requests that do not comply with these requirements.
